Sessions

Overview

I provide individual psychological sessions for adults (18+). My work is collaborative, paced, and grounded in evidence‑based approaches that respond to each person’s context and needs.

A core part of my practice involves supporting people as they make sense of their intersectional identities and the many experiences that shape who they are.

Areas of Focus

  • Intersectional identity exploration

  • Neurodivergent experience and support

  • Stress, burnout, and overwhelm

  • Emotional regulation and self‑understanding

  • Trauma‑informed care

  • Life transitions and contextual change

  • Practitioner wellbeing and reflective practice

How Sessions Work

Sessions are 50 minutes and offered via telehealth or in‑person (limited availability).

I work relationally, integrating cognitive, somatic (body-based), and reflective approaches depending on what feels supportive and appropriate. My aim is to bring clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful decision‑making to the process, creating space for you to explore your experiences without judgement or pressure.
